In a quiet Arizona village in 1938, a seemingly trusted herbalist named Carry On exploited her community. When a mysterious illness struck Bridgemore, villagers paid Carry exorbitant sums for her supposed remedies. However, a young boy discovered Carry secretly concocting poisons and diseases, which she then contaminated the village well with, driven by greed.
