Shahira Wahba is an event designer for Luxe Creative, and helps people create the special events they’re envisioning for important occasions. The Toronto native talked about how she came to Pittsburgh via Punxsutawney and even offered suggestions for sprucing up the annual Groundhog Day shindig.
