The Broken Shelf 080: True Tenchi Muyo Volume Two

Returning with another selfish fan-fare, Danny review the second 'True Tenchi Muyo' light novel. However, the longer the podcast goes the more somber Danny becomes. It's often challenging to begin a project overwhelmed with positive anticipation only for the read to severely disappoint. The read wasn't all bad, though: Danny provides a speedy synopsis, why the protagonist works as a solid relieve from other "Tenchi" leads, and how with a little sincere romance one redundant, sassy female spurs compassion. Regardless, this reviews serves more of a warning than pleasurable experience.
Tune in every Tuesday for a new episode of The Broken Shelf.
