Roughly one year ago all four members of The Broken Shelf were sharing a home, crushed by boring jobs and lack luster passion. Then fate swept through and practically at the same time they all advanced to new opportunities. But still they get together and have tough debates about all things media. Well, for this general episode, Danny invites Allen along to dig through that year of separation and reflect on their personal growth and the impact of the podcast. They discuss the beginning, the tribulations, and their intentions for the future. Their talk goes through a variety of topics streaming from education, to travel, to moving, to music, to movies, and, of course, to literature. Danny gets a little sappy, and Allen professes so apprehensions, but overall, this is one of the best general episodes because it's two long time friends just having a thrilling conversation.
Tune in every Tuesday for a new episode of The Broken Shelf.
