Change. To a reincarnated individual it could be the most terrifying or jubilating form of life. Perhaps that is what the isekai genre is truly about? It's not always about the power fantasy or the harem, but about what certain individuals will do with a dramatic change in environment. However, not all of them attack the personification of second life. Rudy exemplifies that. It's the main reason Danny loves the franchise so much and it's one of the reason he loves this arc. But does it still hold up? Danny goes through one of his favorite light novels in on of his favorite light novel franchises and hopes to explain to himself and to the audience why volume nine is great.
