  • Color TV: 005 - Year End Wrap-Up

saying goodbye to Timeless for good?

@MsMuneyPenny's 2019 Primetime TV Wishlist includes Anika Noni Rose, Tammy Townsend, Yvette Nicole Brown + more, while Nicole Baeharie, Jess Hilarious, Gina Torres, + Audra McDonald round out @hellaSwankky's wishlist.

find out which new shows or new seasons of current shows we're looking forward to as well as other TV-related happenings we're here for in 2019. just don't forget the things we want to leave in 2018 like Salim Akil's + other industry powerhouses' abusive behavior.

but wait, who makes your list for worst TV parents?

Moesha's Frank Mitchell (William Allen Young), Scandal's Fitz, Mellie, + Rowan, One Tree Hill's Dan Scott, Rebecca + Jack on This Is Us, all homophobic parents including Coop's (Bre Z) Mom on All American and Greenleaf's Charity, as well as Jacob + Kerissa make our list, with Black Lightning leaving us wondering who's really at fault for Lightning's latest shenanigans.

speaking of Black Lightning...Salim Akil...what us gone do??

check out the latest episode of Color TV on The Broken Soapbox w| Wednesday Adams + Swankk e. Smalls!
when portraying Anissa's (Nafessa Williams) love life, we want Black Lighting to keep that same energy they had on Jennifer's (China Anne McClain) + Painkiller's (Jordan Calloway) ship.
plus, we're keeping one eye on the New Amsterdam writer's room while reclaiming our time with Coop (Bre-Z) on All American + the foolishly-canceled series, Timeless.
on top of it all, we realize just how painfully obvious Crazy Rich Asians, has made the lack of Asian representation on american TV. we need more!
