Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carl Roberts to the podcast. Carl was last on Season 5, Episode 12. Carl Roberts is Founder of Colorado Resilience and SplitSmart.
Carl is trying to bring solutions into the divorce/family court process where a case shouldn't drag out for years, but only 30 days. There are so many homicides and suicides that are perpetuated by the Family Court system as well as CPS. Carl shared his ideas on the screen (Slam the Gavel YouTube) that contain solutions. In doing presentations, Carl discussed his ideas and solutions and was met with silence. The path to restoration, justice and family healing is what Carl has to offer people that are divorcing and it seems the judiciary/family law doesn't want any part of it. Because of lack of accountability, oversight and transparency the court system is in the state it is in.
We discussed how the one problem is people hiding money and the second problem is putting the kids in the middle. It's going to take one judge with the guts and authority to solve this equation. It just takes ONE to make it happen. Family court is a CRAP SHOOT. It all revolves around MONEY. In his next newsletter, Carl has called it Broken Systems, Before It Happens To You.
