Mark Shoman -- Director of Automated Products Group:

I followed the classic tale of College Student to Wannabe Cop to Screen Printer to Shop Owner to Salesman to Director of APG… okay, perhaps not so classic :) I fell into screen printing after college. I was looking for a job as a police officer and took a part-time job screen printing. I couldn’t find a policing job and was offered production manager so I stayed and eventually purchased the business. Thirty years later, I sold my business and joined Ryonet in Sales and now I am the Director of APG for ROQ.US. Oh, and there was this cute girl who also was working part-time at the same shop when I started screen printing. We have been married now for over 30 years and have 5 wonderful children.

Buck Premo -- Lead Tech & Team Manager:

Just over 7 years in the United States Air Force working as a HH-60G Pave Hawk Helicopter Crew Chief. Deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq. Stationed in Okinawa, Japan for four years. After getting out of the Air Force, I moved to Colorado Springs, CO for college. While attending college to get EMT certified, I got a job with Tayco Screen Printing. I’ve always enjoyed brands and made up my own in Junior High. I’ve been intrigued about the entire process. Tayco Screen Printing allowed me to learn the process as well as print my designs. The owner of Tayco is Marty. He was the first shop to buy a ROQ from Ryonet. His best friend was Kurtis who was in charge of the service on ROQ machines for Ryonet. He found out my background and asked to join the team. Jan 2020 marks my 6 year anniversary with the team!
