This series is dedicated to the world of martial arts — more precisely, to conversations with people who have devoted their lives to this path. Through their experience, we explore the insights and understanding that masters gain after many years of practice.

The new episode was recorded in St. Petersburg, where a master from Japan — Kenji Nakazawa — came to teach a seminar in a unique martial art that he developed over years of training. He named his system Aikisambo, combining the most effective techniques from Judo, Yoshinkan Aikido, and Russian Sambo.
