I first tried this dish at a trendy downtown restaurant and instantly fell in love. The tangy, spicy buffalo sauce paired perfectly with the crispy, tender cauliflower florets. It was a match made in heaven. Recently, I decided to recreate this dish at home and share my experience with others.
