I've always believed that only women can heal other women. Bell Hooks, who is one of my favorite authors, said “rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” This is just another love note empowering girls, women and mothers to heal and take control of their lives + wombs. When women heal themselves, they heal their mothers, their grandmothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, daughters, sons, friends, and ultimately, anyone they are connected with.

We have exhausted the baby mama lifestyle y'all. There is no judgment here in anything I'm about to say because I am speaking to myself first and foremost, as a fellow baby mama. I'll say as I always have, I am not my sister's keeper I am my sister, Period. We are no different from each other. I say this with love + compassion + care + concern. That's my disclaimer.
