She starts by checking in with you, the audience, the community, the business owners, those on the frontlines of business. How are you doing?

Zooming in on the work that business owner typically do on a daily basis, Amanda asks "What are you busy with?" She says busyness sometimes hides a great deal of disorder that can actually hold back progress in a business.

The focus then shifts to the Business Model Canvas, where Amanda explains the correct way in which tasks and assignments should be done. This is not immediately obvious when looking at the model but having gone through it, the full picture does start to make sense.
