A butterfly can appear without warning, without sound, and still hit you like a turning point. That quiet impact is where we begin, because so many of us remember the first time we truly noticed a butterfly and the feeling that stayed afterward. I’m Carol Butler, and I’m exploring why those moments can feel like reflections, not random background details, and what the butterfly might be pointing to in your own life.
