No matter how you call it - "Buyer's Journey" or "Customer Journey" or anything else, the idea is still the same - a prospect goes through some sort of problem, figures out what the problem is, looks into the people/companies that may solve that problem, thinks about working with that company/person, signs up, and then hopefully becomes a brand ambassador or referral source for the company.
