Growing up on a farm he realized early on that the family business wasn’t for him as he spent more time in the kitchen than out in the fields.

With his parents blessing he trained in hospitality and began down his own path.

Soaking up as much intel as he could working various jobs it wasn’t long before Damien took the leap and faith and went out on his own.

This story is about failing, leanings and resilience as Damien says ‘If it was meant to be easy, everyone would be doing it’
