Happy New Year from everybody here at The Cabaret Room.

This month's Cabaret Room features a number of artists appearing at a special ten day event at the Soho Jazz Club in London. Artists appearing alongside singer Ian Show include Claire Martin, Madeline Bell and Clare Teal alongside musicians such as trumpeter Guy Barker and sax player Tony Kofi.

Over in New York there is a new venue to highlight, as well as news of artists appearing at iconic venues such as Birdland and the Blue Note Jazz Club.
