Cain experienced several 'firsts' in his life.  He was Adam and Eve's first child.  He was the first person to be 'born' on earth.  He was the first big brother on earth and he was the first murderer.  Even though he didn't finish his life so well there are some things that he went through that we can relate to even today.  Today we will look at how to avoid the Cain Effect, and keep ourselves from falling into the traps that snared him.
