Happy New Year 2023. I hope 2022 was a great year for you and you fulfill your hopes and aspirations in 2023. This episode is different than typical episodes of The Calitraveler Podcast Show because I am experimenting with Video Podcasting (where available). This episode is about what I have been up to for the past few months. School was quite a challenge last semester because it marked the beginning of the end of my university career. Last semester was Digital Media Workshop I (my majors equivalent to writing a thesis). Our workshop theme was celebration My group and I filmed in Malaysia/Singapore during the Muslim holiday of Eid ul-Adha. In the workshop project, I conducted an interview with an Ustaz (Islamic Teacher) and in return, he interviewed me on his YouTube channel as well. Learned some interesting facts during the travels such as being at the airport where Kim Jong Nam (Brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un) was assassinated in 2017. I visited my 7th country (Singapore). I am currently working on Digital Media Workshop II and will tell you more about that at a later time.
