The Presence of Jesus

Jesus went up on a mountainside and CALLED TO HIM THOSE HE WANTED, and they came to him. He appointed twelve that THEY MIGHT BE WITH HIM

One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him.

The Community of Jesus

[Jesus] appointed twelve that they might be with him …

Jesus went up on a mountainside..
The LORD said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.

New Law
