Mutua serves as International President of The Navigators overseeing the Worldwide Partnership of more than 5,300 staff serving in 112 countriesFor the past 36 years, Mutua has served in various leadership capacities with The Navigators, mainly in Africa. He and his wife, Stephanie, now live in Colorado Springs, CO. They have four grown children
