Gambling is huge in America! There is one undeniable fact about gambling: The house always wins. You might win a little here and a little there. But the casino or bookie will always win in the end. It’s just math. It’s inevitable. Casinos aren’t running charities. They know the house always wins. If they can get you to play long enough, you will eventually lose. It is the one sure thing! The house always wins. In Revelation 8:1-13 we’ll see that when it comes to history, and the end of the world as we know it, there is only one guarantee. For all that may seem confusing and mysterious about what we’ve been seeing in the book of Revelation so far, we’ll see there is one sure thing we can be certain about. When it comes to eternity and the end of all things, it’s extremely unwise to bet against the house. The house always wins.
