In a familiar switch up, we have Zach of UC Fitness back on to talk about some things that we sometimes overlook; taking days for granted and preparing ourselves spiritually. It's easy for us to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of every day life, seeing everything happen on the news and getting lost in it.

In this episode, we tackle how as the writing on the wall is obvious: things are crazy, we are not. We have to seek after sanity in world gone crazy. The times that we are in are definitely shaping us into becoming a more powerful and even stronger individual than any one of us could have imagined. They say the times make the man, and with this conversation, we try to examine that.

It's less about change and more about who we're becoming. It is true, the future is unknown, but it's less about the change and more about who we're becoming. We have to realize that the naturalness of life is slowly being distorted and taken from us and it's upon ourselves to realize what exactly is required from each of us as we move forward into this uncertain future.
