In 2012 somebody stole 18 million worth of syrup out of a Canadian warehouse. It was one of the biggest, most unspeakable crimes the nation of Canada has ever seen. The warehouse was controlled by the Canadian Syrup Federation, a powerful organization not to be double-crossed. We also explore the origin of one of the most widely-used legal terms around.
