In this episode Roy chats with Shellharbour Mayor, Marianne Saliba. The region has a population of 72,000 and is only 1.5hrs from Sydney.

Marianne calls herself a grey nomad and loves jumping in her bus with her husband and two dogs.

The area has a council managed caravan park in addition to a couple of private parks.
