Global News has obtained some federal government internal polling on the carbon tax that Ottawa has imposed on Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and New Brunswick.  Women support it, men not so much.  But some Canadians see it firmly as a tax grab, including Andrew Scheer.
