How do you know you're a people pleaser, and what can you do about it? It's no secret that women carry a burden of people pleasing tendencies in order to keep everyone around them happy. Andrea shares some reflection she's done in therapy and on her own to process her people pleasing tendencies, as well as what you can do to process a similar experience.

It's March, and Andrea is diving into an overview of Women's History Month (3/1-3/31) and International Women's Day (3/8). And while we should absolutely celebrate, we should also consider and think critically about the continued shortcomings and lack of support that impact women and other marginalized groups.
