Razi Mireskandari took over as Managing Partner of West End law firm, Simons Muirhead & Burton in 2010. Since then the firm has more than doubled in size with a pre covid turnover of about £17m. 

It currently has about 90 Lawyers and although a full service firm, is most well-known for its media work, its most high profile recent case being the successful defence of Johnny Depp's libel claim against the Sun Newspaper.

Jason speaks to Razi about his career, his unusual route into law, what he believes makes a successful firm and leader, and his unique style of managing and bringing out the best in his team.
