Kevin Powell of WV based band Gods End (Godxend) popped on to talk about the bands upcoming EP 'Tragedy of Loss' and the inspiration behind it. Their new single "Crawl" will drop Friday June 26th and the EP July 17th.

When we go through life it can be hard but being able to make music meaningful is a great help not only for musicians but the listeners too.

Kevin also breaks down his method to a better live show and what song the audience likes best.

Kevin and I go back a few years meeting at Inkcarceration and I'm so excited to see him grow with this band and accomplish his goals.

I sat down with Jeremy, Race Director for the Eagle Up Ultra among many others through Race Brimstone.

The Eagle Up might have passed but you have plenty of time to get yourself ready for next year. This is an incredible opportunity to race for Veterans who suffer from PTSD and Depression. On average 22 Veterans take their lives everyday.

Personally, I did the 50K and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to break out of the half marathon/marathon distance and dip a toe into the Ultra world.
