Seattle-based attorney Nicole Li who represents naturopathic doctor Kathleen Naughton, accused by the Department of Health for giving a patient a temporary marijuana authorization and suggesting she use a non-intoxicating cream for a repetitive-stress injury. Nicole takes us through the case which included an incident where Dr. Naughton allegedly gave a marijuana authorization to an undercover DOH agent.
