She has been a breath coach for over 30 years leading seminars and running a private practice.

Arthur Lederer has been a spiritual practitioner for 21 years within the schools of the Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation. His activities and experiences are very varied. He was a chairman for a human rights organisation. He has also been a consultant for organisations on development and management.  He had a former military career and now teaches groups in self-development.
