In the history of Modern Warfare, weapons developers never cease in trying to make new and innovative ways to wage warfare. The Soviet Union was no stranger to this, and like many of their adversaries and allies, some strange designs went well past the design stage and became true prototypes. In the 1960s, with the Soviets trying to research and test any weapon willing to give them an edge in combat against the west, they created a weapon that would go on to become known as the Caspian Sea Monster.
