Remembering Dwight Clark, Alan Bean, Ted Dabney, Allyn Ann McLerie

Dwight Clark was the tight end for the San Francisco 49’ers who made one of the most memorable catches in NFL history in the 1981 NFL Championship Game. Alan Bean was the fourth man to walk on the moon as part of Apollo 12 and he went on to pilot Skylab 3. Ted Dabney was a Silicon Valley legend as the cofounder of Atari. He had a large hand in developing Pong, the first video game and the forerunner of a huge industry. Allyn Ann McLerie was the beautiful and talented actress who starred in Where’s Charley? in 1952 with Ray Bolger. She was the subject of one of Broadway’s most famous melodies.
