In anticipation of the upcoming new series on the Catch it Podcast, I interviewed fans watching England vs New Zealand test match to name the five players they would pick for their ultimate team 6 aside team. The catch was that they had to include themselves as captain and select only from the players currently playing in the Test match.

Thanks to a fantastic three days of cricket, I was able to have some illuminating interviews and team selections.

Me and Machel Hewitt from the Caribbean Cricket podcast sit down to discuss West Indies Young Guns and Game Changers. 

in this episode,  we discuss our West Indies Young gun, Ramon Simmonds. He's Burst onto the scene in Barbados Cricket, the CPL Franchise Barbados Royals, and now the Paarl Royals in the SA20 league. We discuss what his selection in the Royals franchise teams means for other young talent in the Caribbean. 

I and Machel move on to the two Game Changers he selected. First on the list is Fast and aggressive Pace bowler Alzarri Joseph, who has the Game changing pace but hasn't always had plain sailing in his career. 

Then we discuss the accurate and pressure-building left arm Finger Spinner, Akeal Hosein. After what could be viewed as a breakout CPL, T10, and now a first IPL contract we discuss what is on the horizon for Akeal. 

The SA is fast approaching!

 In part one of this episode, I sit down with Jack fox ( Cricket_Pig ) and we discuss our choices for Gun Youngs in the SA20. Jack selected Gerald Coetzee, a dynamic Joburg super kings'  pace bowler and I chose Tristain Stubbs, The aggressive finisher who will be playing his cricket for the Sunrisers Eastern Cape.

Now onto the SA20 Game Changers

In part two of my chat with Jack Fox (Cricket_Pig) we discussed our Game Changers for the tournament.  Jack selected to talk about Donavon Ferreira, another strong domestic Batting talent who will be crucial in the middle order for the Joburg Super kings. I decided to bring the king of left-arm wrist spin to the table, Tabraiz Shamsi. 

Episode 5 consists of a great conversation with Ronan Alexander from Scouting Cricket.  We dive into where Scottish cricket is currently and its future development. Ronan suggested our Scottish Young Gun and Game changer for this episode.
