The typical spirit of the season is to Spring Clean, clear the old and make room for the new.
In her truest spirit, you can trust Ms. CoCo wasn't going to let us just touch the service.
Clearing and cleaning can be very therapeutic but what if you actually apply therapeutic practices whilst decluttering?
In the week's podcast, Ms CoCo explains some key principles that we could all apply.
Referencing models from Marie Kwando, who believe Joy must be the underpinning emotion; The Minimalists, who invite use to question our resourcefulness ; and The Home Edit who help us with the more practical elements of decluttering, this episode is dripping gems.
Stay walking safe
This week in closing our theme on celebrating motherhood, we amplify the life of Baroness Doreen Lawrence of Clarendon, one of the UK's most acclaimed black British mother's in her fight for racial social justice. In this week's podcast episode, we discuss how Baroness Doreen Lawrence turned her personal adversity, the murder of her son, into an advantage of everyone.
Unfortunately, despite the achievements and accolades of Baroness Doreen Lawrence the fight for racial equality is far from being achieved and The CatWalk MVMT continue to address that activism for our existence must continue in our everyday activities.

Motherhood, like womanhood as a whole is so such better with sisterhood. As mothers ourselves, Andrea and CoCo are ever grateful for all of the women that we have been able to call and lean on as we have evolved through our womanhood and motherhood.
This month we are dedicating our reflections, words and gratitude to the 'the mothers', - the women who have directly impacted our being and to those who have shown heart and courage even in the toughest of times.

This week, we take a step well back in time and share the story of Emma Clarke, Britain's First Black Female FA Footballer, in 1895.
As with many black women in history, little is know about the life of Emma Clarke. This isn't helped by the fact that for a long time she had been incorrectly identified. Notwithstanding we take the time to amplify Emma Clarke's contribution to sport and playing in her power.
This week we amplify the achievements of Denise Lewis. Her awards and accolades are extensive, yet this is a woman who have manoeuvred through the sporting industry on the frontline as an athlete, as a leader and advocate in organisations on a local and national level whilst being a mother. We celebrate Denise Lewis for her wins, her contributions, her discipline, her elegance. This 'queen' is fire.
