Patrick Campbell was taught by Jamie Oliver to cook for celebrities like Ed Sheeran, Rio Ferdinand and John Torode.

But his journey to the kitchen of a Michelin-star restaurant could so easily never have occurred. Patrick had one of his childhood friends killed as an innocent bystander in the crossfire of a deadly gang war.

He escaped by becoming a top chef but found life in Michelin-star kitchens was still challenging, with bullying and abuse rife.
