He enables and guides individuals, teams, and organizations to think and act in new, more creative ways. He cultivates highly collaborative environments that facilitate cohesive teams and divisions that deliver new and continued value to clients.

Rob has a substantial technological background and is highly effective at integrating processes and establishing shared understanding and values.

Rob’s most important role is inspiring his two young sons to develop into men who contribute to their own families’, communities’, and worlds’ wellbeing. Rob lives in California with his wife and two sons. He serves on several boards (both non-profit and professional).
