Episode 5 Series one.

Brief explaination of chakras. If you are feeling abit low, or certainy is eluding you in the way you radiate positive light- maybe looking into the chakras and their basic meanings is a good start.

Root - Muladhara(Sanskrit) is red is located at base of spine

Sacral- Swadhisthana  is orange, located at the repoductive area of the body

Solar Plexus- Manipura is yellow, located at the breast to belly button area of the body

Heart - Anahata is green, located at the chest area ( is associated with being unstuck,unhurt)

Throat- Vishuddhi is blue, located at neck area of the body

Third Eye- Ajna is indigo, located at the forhead area( identified as being in balance)

The Crown-Sahasrara is violet, located at the upper portion of the head

Sadh guru says the "key" is a dimension. You can't master the world without encompassing all

Na, Ma, She,Wa,Ya. OHM.   We must start with self mastery. Work on health,wellness and attitude.
