The Chalk Talk is a podcast where two mates (Matt and Ash) get together and discuss all things related to the world of education. We discuss teaching, staffrooms, wellbeing and share some of the many tricks in our schoolbags that we use to get through a week in the classroom. Each episode we will tackle one of the big topics in education, whilst also looking at some of the weirder things teachers are bragging about. This week Matt had the opportunity to sit down and chat with the brains behind the Play Is The Way program Wilson McCaskill

Wilson discusses the thought behind the Play Is The Way program in teaching kids some basic skills and principles to develop much needed Personal and Social capabilities.  Wilson shares how these principles develop the whole child and how this is crucial for skills later in life, including wellbeing, building human connections and rich deep long lasting relationships.
