If you are in the Police already, or in the Police Recruitment Journey, then you might want to give some thought to the challenges facing the police service as we start easing out of Lockdown and hopefully, the pandemic.

I believe the nature of policing will change as a result of the pandemic, not for the worst, but for the better. But this will also present significant challenges for the service.
