The Challenges Within Uganda Part 2 – Paul D. Lowe & Dr Naboth Namara
Paul is joined again by Dr Naboth Namara to talk more about the challenges in Uganda which is less economically developed, doesn’t have a fully-developed democracy, without a strong middle-class, and has experienced a civil war in recent years.

- It’s very difficult to change a mindset, you need to work hard at it and have passion for the message you wish to pass on. You have to develop a strategy as to which issues to deal with first and what message you need to use to reach people as well as the channels you wish to use to reach different audiences – radio, TV, local drama groups even.
