wow what a great tool
This is a must read for any athlete or parent of an athlete. Being a father of one, this book basically helps any parent, mentor, and coach get across the fundamental principals of how important mental toughness is. Have them read it or read it yourself and it'll help you get the message across. A wonderful story that teaches lessons that anyone can apply to their lives, athlete or otherwise.
