It's no secret that society is constantly changing. One of the most apparent changes happening right now is the evolving role of women in our economy and in the work force. Just a few decades ago, it was expected that women would stay at home to raise children and keep the household while their husbands worked to support the family.
Today, more and more women are taking on leadership roles in the workforce - jobs that were once considered "men's work." And as women continue to step into these powerful positions, it is having a profound effect on our economy.
