Nine year old Caitlin
Spaulding started a business two years ago at the age of seven to help pay her sister’s
medical bills. Her younger sister Charlie, (age five) has Leukemia.

Caitlin
draws pictures and sells them at the New Harvest Farmer’s Market every Thursday
from 3-6. Now she’s raising money for ETCH. City House Roasters Coffee Co. is helping by coming up with a new brew, “The Charlie Payment,” with some of the proceeds
going to the fund.
Michele Silva also chats with the folks behind a fundraiser called “A Toast
to Tremont.”

It’s coming up on Thursday at West Hills Flats & Taps. My
guests are Iris Hammond, the Development Manager at the GSM Institute at
Tremont and Bryan Howington, Owner of West Hills Flats and Taps. We learn about
the programs at Tremont for kids and adults and how the fundraiser will help
bring inner city kids to the outdoor classrooms.
