In this week’s episode you get a peek into me reconnecting with a friend with whom I was once very close, Jen. Jen Novack calls Philadelphia home. After navigating her own path through physical illnesses, mental health challenges, and emotional rebuilding, she’s become passionate about how we heal and how we keep going. She brings a creative, honest voice to conversations about resilience, recovery, and finding beauty after breaking.
Jen believes resilience isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about learning to move forward with what’s left.
I want to share now that there is some conversation around Jen’s mental health and a time when she contemplated ending her life.

For me, migraines have been a part of my cycle and as I’m well into the throws of perimenopause (the late part), I have been glad to say goodbye to them. If one was going to pop up, I’m glad it happened while I’m focused on nurturing myself. This has made it easier to navigate.
