Charlotte-Geneviève-Louise-Augusta-Andréa-Timothéa d'Éon de Beaumont, or for a more short name, The Chevalière d'Eon was a French knight whose life saw the Seven Years War, the American and French Revolutions. Half of her life was lived as a man, the other as a woman, but no matter how she presented herself to the world, this trans icon of history lived a life of intrique, adventure, and occasionally, a little bit of shade!
