Sheriff Clarke comments and analyzes the recently released Chicago Police Task Force Report which is fundamentally flawed and politically motivated. It is not the police who need fixing, it is the Chicago ghetto and the dysfunctional sub-culture that needs to be fixed. Also, once again Donald Trump rises from the ashes on his way to becoming the GOP nominee for President. We still have a long way to go however and things change by the day.
