Howdy, you beautiful Soul!
I had an interesting email today--it was a wonderful person asking me directly to be "added to the emails." Apparently, the signup on my site at ChipFranks.com wasn't working.
Well--if you have someone you'd like to add to these Blessing Reminder emails, please have them visit:
www.BlessingsReminder.com
and they can sign up (there may be a confirmation email they have to approve, too).
It is an honor that someone would recommend these to someone else. I really appreciate it--and if you do that, I'll continue to do my best to put out something of value for you and them!
And with that--let's get to the BLESSINGS for today!
“To be nobody but yourself in a world
which is doing its best day and night to make you like
everybody else means to fight the hardest battle
which any human being can fight and never stop fighting.”
E.E. Cummings
And with that thought, it's time to go!
I hope this email found you feeling great and left you just a little bit better for it.
Have a wonderful day.
With love,
Chip
P.S. If you'd like to share this email encouragement with someone you love...please send them to:

Here are more blessings for each of us to be grateful for each day.
I'm hoping that you use this to make your own Mighty Five Gratitude List--you're going to feel a lot better when you!
This is the actual process I use to do my own gratitude list.
It uses Stoic principles, specificity, and newness to work some magic in our own lives each day.
Try this technique to TRAIN yourself to see the good and concentrate on the good things in this miraculous thing we call life.
If you use this for yourself--let me know at [email protected]! I would love to know!
Howdy, you Beautiful Soul!
Here is a list of my daily BLESSINGS--
Things that we can be grateful for.
My hope is that you will use this to pause and reflect on your own blessings--
and use this as a gratitude prompt for yourself.
The MIGHTY FIVE BLESSINGS are written in this order:
If you use this to write your own Gratitude List--let me know by writing [email protected].
Hey you Beautiful Soul!
This week we're talking with my long-time friend John Meija--he's such a good human being, and you're about to hear that.
He has come so far, from such humble...I guess we can say this--truly awful beginnings in life. He had it bad, and he was kind enough to detail his rise from those wretched days as a youth into a wealthy--in every sense of the word--family and businessman.
I'm guessing after you finish this, you just may want more John in your life. That's understandable. You can follow him on Facebook on his personal and business pages to keep up with him, as his story NEEDS to reach a lot of people.
His personal page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/john.mejia.796
Here is one of his new, inspiring videos he is doing to help others.
And lastly--his professional business page. Take a look at it, and if you'd like to invest in what John is doing, you can do it here: ProvidenceInvestments.com

Hello, you Beautiful Souls!
Today we talk to a dear friend--someone I've known since we were maybe 5-6 years old (?!)--and now, through the miracle of modern technology we get to have a great conversation from two different countries.
So, we get to come full circle and have a conversation about all of this...from time in Central Texas as little children to retiring to a beach and doing what you want to do every day when you wake up.
We get into how exactly to do that, and what it's like--seeing spray from a whale from your house, people stealing asphalt from roads, and what the future hold when you've "retired."
You'll see this, but Victor is an amazing human soul. He's got such a good heart and an equally wicked wit, so we laugh a lot.
As always--let me know what you think and join the conversation by emailing me at [email protected].
As always, remember that you are loved and deserving!

Hello Beautiful Soul!
WOW--the ChipChat Podcast is back for Season 2...and we have an absolutely AMAZING show with Scott Law, my dear friend, husband, dad to eight (!), entrepreneur extraordinaire, and philanthropist.
You're going to love this man.
As accomplished and amazing as he is...he's one of the most humble people I know. He's also come from a past of doubting himself, the imposter syndrome, and self-defeating thinking, which is really something considering what an exceptional human being he is.
In this far-ranging conversation, we go over that, the unusual way we met, coaching, and most importantly--HOW TO ERASE SELF-DEFEATING THINKING with the power of "I AM" statements.
I learned so much from this conversation, and I know you will, too.
Note: Scott very graciously offered his email address for people to contact him regarding their own journeys with this kind of thinking. You can contact Scott at:
[email protected]
But when you do this, you need to say something nice about ME in your email, hahahaa!
You are loved and deserving! ❤️👍
Howdy, you beautiful soul!
Today I'm sharing something that's very personal to me.
It's a conversation I had--in my journal--with my 80-year-old self.
I had this conversation with myself this past weekend, and I wanted to share it with you, too. It's what my older, much wiser, self-actualized version of me would say to me right now,
AND I would suggest that you try this as well.
I also detail my "Mighty 5" Appreciation technique, which has been so powerful for me. It's how I like to start and finish my day, and I can't wait for you to try it. It's the way I set up my day the right way and how I "bookend" my day to end the day the right way, too.
I even share two of my Mighty Five lists with you.
Deep gratitude and appreciation is how we love everything in life more, and I will detail that for you now.
Hey--if you're reading this, can you hit me up at [email protected] and let me know...
1) If this was useful for you, and/or
2) What else you'd like me to talk about in these podcasts.
I'd love to hear from you.
THANK YOU!
As we talk about a LOT in this, WE are loved and WE are deserving!

Hey there you beautiful soul!
You have asked for her--and The ChipChat Podcast (say the word!) has delivered!
We have the magnificent Julie Reisler on the show and talking with me in a VERY DEEP conversation about leading a better life.
Julie is a wife, a mom, and a hugely successful coach, podcast host, and author. She's written two books, including "Getting a Ph.D. in You," and the business edition of that book.
She's been featured on about a bajillion media outlets to include ABC, FOX, The New York Times, Forbes, and she also gave a few TedX talks. She's also amassed a following of tens of thousands on the Insight Timer app, one of my favorites for meditation.
Her You-est You Podcast is listened to by many thousands, and as I learned she's even on the faculty of the prestigious Georgetown University!
In this conversation about leading a better life, we jump off of the deep end very quickly and talk about Intuition and how to use it. We talk about the Law of Resonance, and the practical as well as the "Woo Woo."
It was an amazing talk, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to my SoulSis, Julie Reisler.
You can also find her at JulieReisler.com!
Please remember that you are loved and deserving!
