Welcome back to the Choose to Soar Podcast. Today we’re talking about something that affects almost every woman listening.

Many of us are capable women.

We can organize.

We can lead.

We can teach.

We can solve problems.

We can care for people.

We can make things happen.

And while those abilities are gifts from God, they can also become a trap.

Today’s  conversation is anchored on one of Choose to Soar’s foundational verses:

Ephesians 2:10 

“For we are His Workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

Notice what Paul doesn’t say.

He doesn’t say God prepared all good works for you.

He doesn’t say you’re responsible for every need, every opportunity, or every ministry.

He says God prepared good works beforehand for you to walk in.

That means before you were born, God already knew the assignment He had for your life.

The question isn’t, “What can I do?”

The question is “What did God prepare for me to do?”

Because there is a big difference between doing good works and doing the good works God specifically prepared for you.

And many women are exhausted because they’re trying to walk in assignments God never gave them.

This ministry didn’t begin because Tanya wanted to start another Bible study. There was something much deeper stirring in her heart.

Choose to Soar was born from a burden Tanya couldn’t shake.

She looked around and saw thousands of women who loved God, attended church faithfully, volunteered when asked, but had never been equipped to understand how God uniquely designed them.

Many knew they were saved.

Far fewer knew they were called.

And even fewer knew what to do with that calling.
