During "At The Movies" in the month of July, we'll be using current (and sometimes, not so current) movies to illustrate the truth of the gospel. Due to copyright laws, we won't be able to include the clips here. Pastor Brigette Kimmer used Luke 5 to remind us that God is simply looking for our willing obedience to do what He asks. He understands that we don't understand, and He knows that we've done all we can do. But just like Peter in the boat - worn out and frustrated from a night of wasted effort - our "yes" to obediently trust the word of God is often what unlocks the miraculous provision we've been striving for.
