His work emerged from lived experience: loneliness in a crowded city, the loss of close friends to suicide, and a clear recognition that real change begins within. What started in 2020 as a small men’s circle in a London park has since grown into a global movement, built on creating safe, well-held spaces where men can speak honestly and be truly seen.

Over the years, he has helped shape Men’s Circle into a strong ecosystem for men’s mental, emotional, and relational health, working alongside experienced facilitators and clinicians to ensure depth and integrity in the work.

Today, Men’s Circle operates as The Men’s Wellness Club, offering:

• Circles – peer-mentoring spaces
• Training – facilitation and leadership development
• Socials – because strong friendships matter

This episode explores what becomes possible when men take responsibility, do the inner work, and grow together.
